International Students Farewell, 5th June 2009

At last, 5th of June 2009, was the last day of my 3 yrs course... Alhamdulillah, I felt relief... really really relief.... A few friends joined us for this international farewell and mini graduation. The location was at the Garden Theatre, Garden Point Campus, Brisbane City. Thanks to the photographers who came on that day Hj Hussin and Hj Rahim. Not forgeting a big congratulation to ka Shamilah and thanks to Ka Yati and family who are willing to come to see me and Shamilah during this mini graduation as on behalf of my family in Brunei.

The gengs... bekarih we went here naik teksi at 7 pm... tolak dari Kelvin Grove, rasa jua kan menyampati meliat bunga api.... tapi it was really fun... nda menyasal heheh... yg org putih dua org tu, org putih sasat... kan ikut tia jua begambar....

After that, we meet up with the other guys... Hj Zil and family and another friends lagi.. lupa namanya... so we went to a Turkish restoran... makanan not really that bad, tapi a bit expensive... jadinya merasa makanan orang turkey... :)

Caxton Street Seafood & Wine Fest 3rd May 2009

The Caxton Street Seafood and Wine Festival, an iconic Queensland event, is in its 15th year, with thousands of people expected to swarm to Brisbane's most famous party precinct in true Aussie fashion.... The Caxton Street Seafood Festival is conveniently located on Caxton Street... so we (me, Ka Sur and Ka Yati) started our journey, walking from Roma Street to Caxton Street in Petrie Terrace which is about 20 minutes walk. Bought a Aud$24 ticket. Strict ID indentification was required then enjoy our foods....

Hot Rod Show, 41st Anniversary Brisbane I

Went to see this show yesterday morning with a few friends (kira mcm photography outing). Yang banarnya I don't really know pasal kereta + enjin kereta hehehe... it just that I want to go for photography outing and gain a few experiences. I managed to take a few photos but not as good as my other friends, I bring the wrong lens, suppose I should bring my wide lense instead of that zoom lens. Anyway, I just click click around RNA showground where they had this car shows. kalau inda tantu tu hehehe... hemm... liat aja.... masih belajar photography ni...

Hi peps. Its been a while since my last update. Had a BBQ gathering on the 24th May with some closed friends. Luckily Ka Sur wake me up around 8.30 am, if not, for sure I will sleep till noon. The night before I had to do my nursing research assignment, and it took me till 3.30 am doing my work. I just can't stop becoz my ideas was flowing... hehehe. Anyway, the BBQ was really awesome and crikey... :) had lambs, beefs, chicken wings, baby octupus, squids and banana prawns (emmm yummy...). Ka Shamilah fried some Hokkien Noodles. Ka Rozy made her Sushi. Hj Rahman bought ginger beer... and I do loved ginger beer and had 3 bootles that day hehehe. If I am not mistaken, we started the BBQ at 10.30 am (or 11 am). While the gengs do the things, I made a special birthday cake for the birthday girl Syafiqah (daughter of Ka Shamilah & Hj Rahim) who turned 9 yrs old last week. I made a chocolate mud cake, with caramel toppings and sprinkled with loads of chocolate rice. Emm... thats is really yummy. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the photos.... man... anyway, wished I had my Canon with me... so I did take a few photos with my compact digital (duhh..) and its better then no pics taken right?? The gathering ended around 4 or 5 pm... (hemm... I forgot the time hehehe). Me, Shamilah and the kids, did go for a dip in the swimming pool and it was really freezing cold... man.. its winter meehhh... hehehe....ok dokey... till next time...
