Makeup Sessions.

Me and a couple of OZ friends did a makeup course in the city. So as part of the assessment we have to do working experience in makeup services.... so, what we did, we have to find a few 'victims' (hehehe.....) and put it in our assessment record. Makeup is another hobby of mine beside photograpy (terbengkalai dahhhh....) before... I used to play makeup with my older nieces and closed friends in Brunei and even my sister-in-law and I try to put makeups on them if we have to attend functions/ceremonies. I even do hairstyling on them.... yg curling curling pakai tongs atuuu..... hahahah..... When I made up my mind to do a makeup course while I am studying in Brisbane, my hubby, my brothers and a few sisters give me a big laugh on me.... 'Apa angin kan belajar makep'...... I don't know why.... I guess it must be funny for them heheheh.... :)... maybe.... I think...... ;)

Anyway, I don't called my self as a makeup artist because I still have lots to learn.... lots and lots and lots...... and... lots of practical hours to do too. So, my makeup is till not perfect yet, compare to those professional makeup artists in Brisbane and Brunei. However, I did have lots and lots of fun doing it with my friends..... to me it is kind of a therapeutic to release my tension hahaha.... anyway, I was hoping in the future I can learn more makeup styles, especially Bruneian/Indonesian/Malaysian styles. Ok dokey.... just to show some pics.... again, it is not perfect... it is just a hobby.....

CP5 Rotation 1 (14th Feb - 16th March 2009)

Hi peps,

Its been a long time since I updated my blog, nada masa, very busy with my study and practical work. I haven't got the time to 'click' 'click' around Brisbance City since ages ago. Haven't got my canon camera with me, I lend it to my lil bro who is now crazy about photography and at the end I even lost touch on my hobby. With the help of my little point and shoot camera.... I guess I can take pictures but infortunately not as good quality as the pro camera.

Times do really goes so fast, I have 2 more months to go before I go home for good to Brunei (yeheeee).... but I do feel a bit sad because Brisbane is a second home for me for the past few years. The place where I stay (Kelvin Grove)... I got a few Bruneian friends who came here with their families.. ..so we used to gather in Kulgun Park and have a little chit chat and picnic.... which is almost every week if the weather is ok. So, it is kind of sad to leave my good and closed friends here.... for sure I will cry by the end of the day 'sob'.... 'sob'....

Anyway, I will just post the latest pic.... just to show some for the families and a few friends... ;)

During my CP5 - rotation 1, I was in Perioperative area in Royal Brisbane Women Hospital. From left to right: Amylia, Yolanda, Rebecca, me (hehehe... yg paling gelap sekali hahaha), Jung, Dan Wang and Karen. We have lots of fun working in this hospital. My good facilitator is Sharon O'Toole, she is an awesome person I ever meet.... unfortunately I don't have her pic here.

Happy New Year 2009

New year... new year.... new year 2009. Sorry, its been a long time since I updated my blog. Been very very busy since I started my clinical prac in Brisbane Private Hospital. Anyway, now I am home in Brunei, I will have a 7 weeks semester break... yehaaaa... (I deserved to have one... mengalih otakku sudah). Anyway, just to say a big welcome to my new family member... a baby boy with the name of Abdul Wadud bin Abu Talib. Congratzzz dapat baby boy lagi in the family. Tapi alum ada kesempatan to take the pic. Then, a big welcome too to sis Winnie the Pooh (you know who you are hehehe), first time jumpa on sunday 21st Dec 2008.

Anyway, in 2008, I have so many good and bad memories... semua jadi pengajaran and ikhtibar in order to keep walking forward. Life goes on. For this new year 2009, I was hoping to do something different (secret plan) and then looking forward to graduate from uni... aminx3. Inda lagi sanggup tuk jauh-jauh with the kids... I always missed my son and daughter ;)... tapi banar ehh hehehe... bah... nanti tah lagi... I got a few videos, hopefully dapat ku download here

My new little niece

Welcome to my new little niece. Borned on the 10/10/2008. She is so cute, we called her baby Nurin but we don't know her name yet. By brother-in-law belum bagi nama. Memandai aku ah kan bagi-bagi nama gelaran hehehe....

Izzah

This is Izzah (again.... hehehe). Jangan salah sangka ah, this baby looks like a boy, tapi girl actuallynya. Today she had her shot in the clinic. The weight is now 5.5 kg. Cute and a bit gendut. By the way, kalau inda silap the name is Nur Alya Adriana Wafiah binti Abdul Rahman.

Intan, Azib, Iffah & Izzah

My new grand-daughter (cough* cough *)... adui muda-muda sudah jadi grandma hehehe, the name is Izzah, born on the 12th of July., cucu number 4. Number 5 coming this December, Insya-Allah. Me, baru meliat this little baby when I went home to Brunei last time.

My handsome boy, yg paling kiri sekali Azib. His birthday tomorrow (17/10) and he will be 5 yrs old. Love him... he want a baby brother...
